Who Is Responsible? War Crimes in Chechnya

The book reveals the gross human rights violations committed against the Chechen civilians during the Chechen conflict. It addresses the alleged criminals and demands them to account in international tribunals.

The Russian Federation has not efficiently investigated any of the crimes in Chechnya and the perpetrators remain unpunished. Based on statistical data of thousands of crimes against the Chechens, the book announces the prohibited issues constantly silenced by the Russian state.

The writers are journalists and human rights activists. The English edition of the book is a compact summary of its Russian edition.
