FC Mezzi 5: Nine a Side

Football is not about life or death - it is far more important!

FC Mezzi is starting a new season, and they must learn to play nine a side. It is a new kind of game with a bigger field and offside rules. They even have their own clubhouse, and they are consecrating it with a horror sleepover. Jake holds Ursula's hand in the darkness. Is she becoming his first girlfriend? Then he hears that the girls are thinking about quitting the team to play tennis. Suddenly Jake stops behaving like a proper captain.

Daniel Zimakoff was born in 1956 and he is an educated librarian. Since his debut in 1980 he has written a long line of children‘s books and he has even received the Children‘s Book Award from the ministry of culture.

Football is not about life or death – it is far more important!

Jake and his friends have formed their own team, FC Mezzi. We follow their training matches, tournaments and old and new friendships. There is even a little bit about love.

This series is all about having fun with the game!
