This book is an inside perspective of psychotherapy with comments out of theory, mainly compassion focused therapy. I am myself a conversation therapist.
The story is based on letters I wrote to my therapist and my written reflections between sessions.
The problems in present time that got me applying for therapy had foundations far back in my life, in a time I used to call The Past. Therefore, I have added some glimpses from that time to make the story comprehensible.
In my latest book ”Back to The Past” ( original title: Tillbaka till då, 2020) I write more about that time.
